How about a little check in, blah blah blah, post? Sounds good to me.

Had a Dr's appointment last Friday. I'm 13 weeks now - Helllloooo 2nd Trimester!! The cysts has shrunk from 5.4 cm to 1.5 cm so I've been taken off all restrictions (did ya'll hear Rob shout for joy on Friday??? His prayers have been answered!). Baby is looking great, everything is good. I don't want to talk about whether or not I've been as sick as I was, though, ok? Because if I talk about it then I might jinx myself. *wink wink nudge nudge*

Work is work.

Kids are good. I don't want to talk about the health status of any of them right now, though. That jinx thing, again.

Spring is here one day and gone the next. Snow today, 60 and sunny tomorrow. The weather is schizophrenic.

I'm in one of my reading moods lately. I've blown through a ton of books recently and am SOOO excited to be getting a package of 3 books from my friend Lori. These are books I've been anxiously anticipating but the wait list is forever long. Can't WAIT to get them and get started! I should a do a quick book review post, eh? And you all can pretend you care! It'll be fun!

Did I tell you my computer died? I can't remember. But it did. So I'm on Rob's laptop and he's not all that thrilled about it. But he's a sweet, loving husband and he doesn't mind sharing with me. Too much. Computer geeks are soooo possessive of their computers.

We got a new bed on Friday. We spent all last week looking since our mattress was trying to kill us in our sleep. Those Tempurpedic beds are sweet! But $3500-$5,000 for a bed?! Good gravy and a loaf of bread! For that price it needs to make itself and clean the room it's in. It would be helpful if it could cook, too. We ended up with a regular old mattress that seems pretty comfy. It's really HOT though, to me. Dunno if it's the pg hormones or what.

Oh, pg hormones. Yehaw. I managed to escape the horrible acne problems of adolescence. Oh, I had a zit here and there but nothing major. Don't throw stuff at me because pregnancy brings out the acne full force. And it isn't just sticking to my face. My chest, my back...my arms! Come ON! I'm 34 years old and pregnant! We can't skip the acne just this once?!

I could ramble on for hours, but I'll spare you.

Have a Tuesday!

Congrats girl! I must have missed a post somewhere! I'm 15 weeks, according to my little pregnancy ticker thingy anyway. I'm not really keeping track 'cause I've been sick as a dog and it's still going pretty strong... rather not think about how long it's dragging on. Oh, and 34 and pregnant? Pssssshhhht. I'm 38. ;)

Hooray for being taken off of restrictions!

Boo on the weather...it's doing the same thing here. Over the weekend we had sunny weather and temps in the upper 60's. Yesterday and this morning....SNOW. Ugh.

The weather here has been schizophrenic too! I am ready for Spring and it not cool getting teased by a few nice days and then going back to cold rainy weather!

Beds are SO EXPENSIVE! We found that out when we moved a couple of months ago. We needed/wanted a King and it's INSANE how much it costs to get a nice one.

Yay for the 2nd trimester! Girl, I can relate about breaking out. I don't know what I've been eating different, but my face has been breaking out a little lately. Not fun. Argh.

Enjoy your new bed! Well, you know what I mean -- sleeping. lol

Dear One, your mattress is HOT because of Rob. He's steaming for you to put the book down, and start catching up on lost time because of your restriction. Now go.
Congrats on being unrestricted. ;o)

34 with acne. Pffft. Try 48 NOT pregnant and acne.

Glad the cysts have shrunk. I had a huge one with my first baby and it was very painful every time he moved against it which was all the time b/c he was pretty huge and my uterus is pretty warped (heart shaped and small). Thank goodness it didn't come back with the other two. Here's hoping you continue to feel better and the acne goes away (does that mean it's a boy?)

So glad for the update! Hope you continue to feel better!!

Well, if it's any consolation...I'm 38 and have the pregnancy acne too. Not to burst your bubble dear...but it doesn't get much better as you continue on! We'll just pray that after our little bundles arrive our acne-free adolescent days will return with a vengeance!

And maybe some of that energy too, huh?

I have the pregnancy acne full force. Not fun since I had finally gotten my skin under control after having my daughter - 2 1/2 years ago! Yikes!

Awesome that you might possibly, not sayin that you are or anything, be feeling better.

I think al men are possessive of technology, comptuer nerds or not!

I have a Tempurpedic. It is what I imagine Heaven to be like for sleep. We got a deal though by buying one that someone else returned. Sounds gross, but they have a 30 night sleep trial on those mattresses. It knocked over half off of the price of the bed, so we went for it.

What the what is up with the torture we must endure to grow a person??!! Acne, hot flashes, back pain, puking, bum puking & the constant urge to pee. Lucky for them they come out so darned cute or we might not even bother!

I'm all for the book review post! You read a lot and I'm always looking for good stuff to pick up...

I'm sorry about the acne. I'm not preggers, but I can be frequently heard while looking in the mirror saying, "Dude?! Wrinkles AND acne? Is that supposed to be funny?"

Sounds like things are pretty chaotic over there. I hope you can keep your chin up and waddle through it all(tee hee j/k...You know I am totally jealous of the preggo thing.
We got a Sleep Number bed when I was preggo with Jaquelyn. It was awesome at first but now I can't seem to find a number that works for me any more...so it's just like any other bed.
