I find it stupid that people that have no clue sitting in a building somewhere far away get to determine what is, and is not, medically NECESSARY according to some little rule book they have. They have no idea, do they? How do THEY know if it's medically necessary? Is every case the same? Do they have a degree and an M.D. after their names? Or are they just talking out their a$$e$? <---That's the one.

And that is why having for profit insurance companies in charge of our healthcare makes no sense. Among other reasons.

Since I just attended a Keith Urban concert on Friday:
I think it is so stupid for women (no matter what age) to wear short (I MEAN SHORT) dresses, halter tops (everything hanging out), with cowgirl boots. Since when does looking hoochie become proper attire for a concert? Is Keith going to leave Nicole for them? I don't think that will happen.

I COMPLETELY AGREE!! Some pencil pusher in frickin Idaho who worked for the insurance company was trying to tell me what was best for my mom when she was in the hospital. They wanted reject what her DOCTOR ordered as "not necessary". Yeah, not necessary...if I want her to live!! I appealed and the treatment was approved. Sometimes you just have to shake them up. Most people don't even know that you can appeal the insurance company's decisions.

Stupid? Boy oh boy I could go on and on about stoooooopid people and stoooooooopid things, but what tops my list at this moment is my oldest child. How stooooooopid is it to tell me there is nothing to watch on TV when we have a HBO, Showtime, OnDemand, 1500 DVR'd movies, not to mention the plethora of DVDs in the cabinet? Scram you whiny little ankle biter before I make you do something constructive like MOP or CLEAN YOUR ROOM! Today I don't like my kids. Maybe tomorrow will be better.
