I promise that I've been planning, just not posting.
Here is the menu I'm using from yesterday until the 15th:
Pepperoni Pasta Salad, Fruit
Mac n Cheese, Tater Tots, Fruit, Veggie (Carb fest at Rob's request)
Spaghetti, Green Beans
Lemon Roasted Chicken, Stuffing, Asparagus
Armenian Beef Kebabs, Tabbouleh (For Me), Cucumbers, Sauteed Mushrooms, Armenian Rice Pilaf (For them)
Sausage & Rice, Steamed Veggies
Greek Salad & Breadsticks
Ginger, Honey & Lime Beef Kebobs, Asian Slaw (cheating and using pre-cut slaw mix), Watermelon
Breakfast Burritos
The Iron Chef June winner will be announced very soon - just waiting on one last vote!

It is so much harder for me to deal with the whole dinner thing during the summer. The girls and I could care less about dinner and would rather just grab something. Dan on the other hand is going nuts with the laisez-faire (I probably massacred the spelling there) dinner style recently. He wants regular meals all the time....you would think he is still working every day or something...yeesh.
Tabbouleh I love that stuff!

Dude, what!! Oh man! You are amazing Heidi. I think we'd have all overlooked your missing menu this time! But, looks like good eats at your place! Hope the girls will be EXTRA helpful in the kitchen for you these next few weeks.
You are so good. Could you pass some of that meal planning greatness over here? If not, could you at least pass me the leftovers?
I just got back on the planning wagon after a crappy last week of thrown together meals and eating out. I hate when I get thrown off schedule like that. It is too hard to get to the market with a hungry kid and me and then still get home and make dinner. It has been so much easier since we planned this week. Hope the renewed effort in your eating is going well!
