Menu Plan Monday

For those of you still interested in my boring menu plan..here it is from today until the 15th:

Chili pie & Green Beans (Cara)

Spaghetti & Veggie

Pizza & Salad

Lemon Garlic Pasta, Steamed Veggies, Fresh Fruit

Lemon Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potaoes, Salad

Harvest Soup, Homemade bread (maybe)

Beef Broccoli & Fried Rice

Southwest Cornbread Bake

Korma Chicken, Jasmine Rice, Salad

BBQ Beef Sanwiches, Potato Saladm Fresh Fruit

Meatless Loaf, Mashed Potatoes, Veggie, Dessert

Burgers, Dogs, Mac Salad, Baked Beans, Watermellon

That's way better than what the family will get this week from me. College classes & a blogging intership will leave them with something in a box or what isn't freezerburned in the freezer!

Can you post the recipe for that lemon garlic pasta sometime?

I only do it for one week. Maybe I should do it for 2 and do all the shopping at once. I think it would save my sanity from having to go tot he market fora full load every Sunday!

What do you put in your meatless loaf? Ground up veggie burgers? Does Morning Star make something? Do tell...

And why is it meatless? You eat hamburger other times.

So, whats this menu plan all about, anyway? Is it, like you buy all the stuff and make it, like a plan? Or is it just like, what you think you might wanna make? What happens if your little plans go whoopss..like the tree in da wind. Or people dont show? Or kids spit at you? I think you need to have just one more kid...one for the heck of it. Or 2, maybe I dunno. o.k., forget that idea...WHATS FOR DINNER???
