Here it is, in all it's glory (Ha!) my menu for the next two weeks. My dad is coming to visit Friday, for the weekend, and I asked if he wanted to cook a meal since he loves to cook. He replied back with a whole stinkin' menu plan for the weekend so I guess that was a yes. HA! So, that's where the name 'Greg' comes in. As always, I have the girlspick a meal they want to have and prepare each week. And I h ave all three Iron Chef recipes on there - I'm excited to make them!
Tacos (Greg)
Georgia Chicken, Asparagus, Pasta
Chili (a combo of that recipe but with my favorite Chugwater Chili seasoning)
Chicken Fettucini Carbonara, Salad
Rice Crispie Chicken, Fries, Mandarin Oranges, Veggie
Roast, Potatoes, Carrots (Greg)
Saucy Chicken Tenders (yes,I KNOW the recipe is for pork but we don't eat pork so I'm subbing) Pizza
Beef Noodle Bowls (we just use italian dressing rather than the sesame dressing)
Really Sloppy Joes, Tater Tots, Creamstyle Corn (Cara)
BBQ Ribs, Asparagus, Butter & Herb Mashed Potatoes (Cara)
Steak, Cheesy Steamed Veggies, Fried Potatoes (Sienna)
Wagonwheel Pasta Toss, Fresh Fruit (Sienna)
Beef Nacho Casserole (Greg)
Corned Beef, Potatoes & Kraut
Leftover Festival
Since there's some stuff on the menu that I can't eat or modify, my menu includes Lentils & Rice, Balsamic White Beans, Vegetable Raisin Curry with Cous Cous. Oooh..this looks yummy: Curried Lentils with Raisins. Someday I'll blog about my love for lentils and my newfound love of curry.
Pop on over to Orgjunkie to see more yummy menus and to be inspired to make your own!

Yummy
Awesome! I'm gonna pass this on to my friend, Sue, b/c she was just asking about someone who does meal planning Mondays.
Yummo!!
Looks like a plan..one I should borrow..cause I'm out!
Well if this isn't a sign, I don't know what is. I do not plan my meals. Often I don't even know what I'm gonna serve for dinner that night. Since I'm at home full time there is NO excuse for this.
I was just thinking yesterday that I need to start planning meals & here you are setting a sparkling example.
*hand over heart* I, Mimi, am going to try to plan a menu for the rest of this week.
I made a curried couscous salad last night that was TO DIE FOR!!!
Enjoying my day off, doing some MPM blog visiting and listening to Dr. Laura's radio show.
I hope that you have beautiful spring weather in your neck of the woods.
