Are you ready for it??? It's time for me to announce what the Iron Chef ingredient for March is going to be. Not familiar with the Iron Chef challenge?

Goes like this..I'll announce the ingredient. You go snag your best recipe using said ingredient and post it on your blog. Link it up using Mr. Linky. Next Wednesday I'll use Random.org to pick three recipes to compete. I'll also announce the prize. Everyone then has two weeks to try out the recipes and vote on their favorite in my sidebar. There's cute little buttons that Alexis at Back Acher Designs made up for you to display to encourage your friends and family to vote for you.

I don't know that it is my BEST recipe, but it is easy, uses easy ingredients and I think it is delicious any day of the week.

I'm going to do Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas. It was a hard to narrow down the recipes. I have a lot that use chicken breasts. This one however won someone over that doesn't even like sour cream. It's yummy.
